Louisiana Locavores is a small business that makes artisanal food products using locally grown ingredients. Our current products are hand made sweet potato tortillas and hot sauces. We are also vendors at the Farmer’s Market at Moncus selling our products and hot foods. Additionally, we enjoy creating local food inspiration for our social media. Our pledge is that all our products have at the very least, one Louisiana grown ingredient. This is our way of making it easier for folks to eat and support local farms. I know it can seem daunting to make the transition to using local ingredients, but even simple, small swaps can make a big impact on our community. People supporting people. For me, life is about relationships and building that connection through food is very special.
